We have an in-house, home inspector, and property repair manager to perform an initial inspection and bi-annual inspections to assure our clients’ investments stay in good operating order and do not go without any preventative maintenance needed from the time we obtain responsibility for the property to the time it’s returned to the client.
We have an in-house, handy man to handle most typical repairs provided at an automatic discounted rate we provide for our clients. We also pass any company discounts on to our clients for any other repairs we have to contract out for.
We aggressively reduce the amount of time a property stays vacant by utilizing focused advertising on social media, automatically publishing properties to our listing syndication service, making the property available on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
We perform an extensive screening process of future tenants
to avoid as many problems and surprise vacancies as possible. Credit, employment, rental, and eviction histories do not go without thorough inspection.
We make sure to get our clients (property owner) their money in a consistent and timely manner so that they can count on their money each month at the same time.
